Tuition - Yearlong Programs

All payments are final and non-refundable. Quarterly tuition payments are auto drafted May 1, Sept 1, Dec 1 and Mar 1. PEP/UA scholarship payments for quarterly payments may be reserved in the EMA marketplace at least one week prior to auto charge date to credit student's tuition account. Enrollment is a full-year financial commitment. Tuition obligations may only be reduced or cancelled in accordance with CHEC’s stated Cancellation Policy. Except as specifically provided under that policy, families remain responsible for the full year’s tuition regardless of attendance or program completion, including circumstances such as relocation, voluntary withdrawal, medical issues, dismissal, or expulsion.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to CHEC are non-refundable.

Onyx 3 Day Program

- UA Students: $2,550 quarterly payment
- PEP Students: $2,000 Scholarship + $550 Family Investment quarterly payment
- Non scholarship students: $2,550 quarterly payment

*New Student Fee: applies to students who did not attend CHEC Academy the previous school year. CHEC The Center SY26-27 5th grade students who attended the 2 or 3 day program in SY26-27 are exempt from this fee and should register as returning students. All other CHEC The Center students will be considered new CHEC Academy students.

Registration is limited. Priority will be given to current CHEC families.
