Tuition - Yearlong Programs

All payments are final and non-refundable. Quarterly tuition payments are auto drafted May 1, Sept 1, Dec 1 and Mar 1. PEP/UA scholarship payments for quarterly payments may be reserved in the EMA marketplace at least one week prior to auto charge date to credit student's tuition account. Enrollment is a full-year financial commitment. Tuition obligations may only be reduced or cancelled in accordance with CHEC’s stated Cancellation Policy. Except as specifically provided under that policy, families remain responsible for the full year’s tuition regardless of attendance or program completion, including circumstances such as relocation, voluntary withdrawal, medical issues, dismissal, or expulsion.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to CHEC are non-refundable.

$250 per student
Increases Jan 1st to $500 per student
Increases April 1st to $750 per student

New Student Fee: $250 per student

- UA Students: $2,250 quarterly payment
- PEP Students: $2,000 Scholarship + $250 Family Investment quarterly payment
- Non scholarship students: $2,250 quarterly payment

Registration is limited. Priority will be given to current CHEC families.
