Tuition - Yearlong Programs

All payments are final and non-refundable. Monthly tuition payments are auto drafted May 1 - Apr 1. PEP/UA scholarship payments for monthly payments may be reserved in the EMA marketplace at least one week prior to auto charge date to credit student's tuition account. Students are responsible for the full year's tuition, regardless of program completion, including but not limited to circumstances such as relocation, withdrawal, medical issues, or expulsion. Acceptable forms of payments are credit cards which incur a 4% service charge or zelle payments to info@checacademy.com 1 week prior to auto draft date.
